Description
A New York member of the Propeller Club of the United States corresponds with Florence P. Dwyer, congresswoman of New Jersey, about the executive budget for 1966-1967 on construction projects in the New York-New Jersey Port. He had also penned two letters addressed to chairmen on different subcommittees within the United States House of Representatives and Senate on appropriations for the Port of New York Authority and enclosed them in his letter to Dwyer.
