Congresswoman Dwyer's Report to the People of her district, a newsletter sent to her constituents in New Jersey, about how the Soviet Union aims to keep the U.S.-U.S.S.R. open, how the elderly population is a primary group that Dwyer tries to put first in achieving federal programs like housing for them. Trying to eliminate age discrimination in employment due to their age, and increasing earnings from Social Security.
