Abstract
This Agreement has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious employee relations between the STATE, the State Colleges and Universities and the employees represented by the UNION; the establishment of equitable and peaceful procedures for the amicable resolution of all disputes and grievances; and the determination of wages, hours of work and other terms and conditions of employment.
