Description

Philip Livingston in New York, NY wrote to John Kean, addressed to Philadelphia, PA. Livingston bought all the bank stock with his remaining cash. The day before, Livingston transferred a majority of 6% stocks John Kean sent to him. The two agreed on a new business strategy. Most of what they sold went to England.
