Statements of transactions between Philip Peter Livingston and John Kean, both deceased, being recorded so that John's son, Peter can claim his share of the money from the Estate of Philip Livingston. The executor's of Philip's estate are his wife, Cornelia Livingston and Charles Ludlow.
