Description

Indenture between Sarah Sabina Kean, administrator of Peter Kean's Estate and Abner Parcells. This indenture renewed Parcells' lease on 40 acres of land including woodland and an orchard. Parcells first leased the property in an indenture dated February 16, 1829.
