Abstract
In cooperation with the New Jersey State Ethics Commision, the ELO is in charge of monitoring any Conflicts of Interests or appearance of Conflicts of Interest at Kean University. The Conflict Law, N.J.S.A. 52:13D-23(e)(2), requires employees, who engage in any business, profession, trade, or occupation which is subject to licensing or regulation by a specific agency of State Government, to disclose that professional trade or occupational license to the State Ethics Commission.
