Nicholas wrote to Peter Van Brugh Livingston, no address. Verso: Garrisons Receipts for a packet containing Sundry Letters for the British Ministry dated the 29th October 1755. He promises that he would do everything in his power to prevent the letters from falling into enemy hands.
