Philip Livingston in New York, NY wrote to John Kean, addressed to Philadelphia, PA. He discusses South Carolina's debt. The press for money was considerable though had fallen. He stated that banks will let out again when the Indiamen sail. People included: Mr. Greenleaf, Susan Kean, Mrs. Ricketts, Mr. Brunson, Watson, Daniel Ludlow & Co., Lynch, & LeRoy & Bayard.
