John Rutherfurd in Tranquillity, NJ, wrote to Susan Kean, addressed to Elizabeth Town, NJ. Mr. Rutherford offered to send either the bond to James Morris as his agent to call on Mr. Winthrop to receive the money and forward to her or direct it to New York and he would transmit it by post.
