Gustavus Risberg in Philadelphia, PA, wrote to Susan Kean, addressed to Elizabeth Town, NJ. Gustav informed Susan of rent income and that George Willing was unwilling to pay more in rent but was willing to pay taxes. There was a delay in resolving the issue with Dr. Rush.
