Description
Congresswoman Dwyer's Report to the People of her district, a newsletter sent to her constituents in New Jersey, about people starting to lose faith in the war in Vietnam, the beginning of the talks about removing the gold standard, as well as Dwyer's call to abolish the tax exempt status for industrial development bonds.
