Congresswoman Dwyer's Report to the People of her district, a newsletter sent to her constituents in New Jersey, about how Dwyer landed in the hospital recovering from a broken arm and how this stay has opened Dwyer's eyes to the necessities of legislative action and amendments as Dwyer looks upon the young men who were also getting treated there who fought in the Vietnam war.
