Abstract

The importance of customer satisfaction in business policy for printers is discussed. The various aspects of Kano Model of customer satisfaction, developed by Dr. Noriaki Kano, are presented. The model describes performance attributes, which when expressed as customer needs, add to customer satisfaction.
