Abstract
A study on the academic grades was carried out. Students who do superior work deserve the highest grades, where the middle grades are reserved for average students. It falls upon the professor to assign in a fair and equitable manner. The grade is not an end onto itself, but rather a by-product of the knowledge and experience gain in the course.
