    Hubert Marshall wrote from New York to Livingston, no address included. Marshall was out "last night and drank hard that I don't know whether I land upon my head or heels but as I heard the sloop was to go away today" he wrote in a hurry.

    Names included: Mr. Guerin, Captain Blood, Sir William Younge (Secretary of War), Henry Pelham (Paymaster General of his Majestys forces), and Sergeant Miller.
