The author and the date of the following document are unknown. The author of the manuscript noted that on February 28^th, 1759, Pope Clement XIII permitted the translation of the Holy Bible into all the languages of the Catholic States: but that was also granted by a Spanish Law enacted in the fourth century. The author noted “diffections” between the Old and New Testaments.
