Description

The following document is an indenture between John Duncan in Schenectady in the County of Albany and Province of New York of the first part and Peter Van Brugh Livingston of the City of New York of the second part. John Duncan for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings current money of the Province of New York paid by Peter Van Brugh Livingston. John Duncan sold a tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Albany on the South side of the Mohawk River.
