Description

Sarah Ricketts wrote to her sister Susan Kean addressed to Beaufort, SC. She told Susan about a stormy boat ride she and the family endured and informed her about the hiring of a housekeeper. Additionally, she mentioned how she recommended Susan's wet nurse to Mr. Griffin and Mrs. Griffin as they were in need of one.
