Robert Barnwell in Charleston, SC wrote to John Kean, unaddressed. Barnwell gave Kean permission to vote in his place for any election of the director for Bank of the United States. People included: Benjamin Villepontoux, Benjamin Simons, Stephen Elliot Planter.
