Description
Philip Livingston of New York, NY wrote to John Kean, addressed to Philadelphia, PA. Livingston attempted to send specie or coin to the Bank of the US but ice prevented its departure. He discussed personal business with John Kean. The dinner with Hamilton was at the Coffee House. People: Mr. Willing, Mr. Cattine, Hamilton. Places: England, the Coffee House, Albany.
