Transcription: R.B. [likely Robert Barnwell] entitled to a further Credit on account of a mistake in his bonds transmitted me, see statement in my letter of 23d December 1794 which if he accedes to will be a credit on his Bond for 12,,000 [sic] Dollars due in 1806 of 800 Dollars.
