This letter contained a draft of another letter to be sent to Gordon Thomas from George Meade concerning the issue that water that might enter his yard with Dr. Rush's obstruction of water flows. People included: Ingersoll and Tilghman, Dr. Rush, Mr. Ketland, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Willing.
