Gustavus Risberg wrote from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Susan Niemcewicz in Elizabethtown, New Jersey. Favored with Susan’s letter of the 28^th of February and that of the 18^th of January, which arrived defaced on account of getting wet. As soon as he recovered from his indisposition, Risberg endeavored to procure the respective Powers for receiving dividends and forwarding them with the Insurance Shares by a private conveyance. Also planned to attend to the business with Dr. Rush and Mr. Simpson.
