A letter from Boudinot, Whitehead, and Gifford to Susan Niemcewicz requesting Susan to meet the proprietors of the bridges over the Passaic and Hackensack rivers to select board members. The meeting was scheduled for March 24, 1812 at the residence of John Gifford in Newark at 10 A.M.
