Description
An act of the Council and General Assembly of New Jersey authorizing Peter Kean to fulfill the Last Will and Testmanet of his grandfather, Peter Van Brugh Livingston. The act specifically was in regards to property in NJ that was not sold following his death. The act is signed by James Linn, Secretary of the State of NJ and James Parker, , who entered the act into the Records of the Proprietors of East New Jersey at Perth Amboy.
