This interview was conducted by Prof. Donald Raichle in preparation for his book From a Normal Beginning: the Origins of Kean College of New Jersey, printed in 1980. It’s a transcript between Anita D'Angola and Raichle.

In this interview, D'Angola reflects on her long association with the New Jersey State Normal School, from being a student in 1913 to later becoming a physical education instructor alongside her husband, Joseph D’Angola.
