The Reflector was a student-run newspaper created in 1922 at the State Teachers Normal School at Newark, now Kean University. It began as a monthly newsletter with the same name. In 1960, the newspaper changed its name to the Independent. The University Archives includes issues until December 14, 1995. Although later issues exist, the last date of the Indepentent is unknown.
There are volume number typos and gaps in the collection. Donations of missing issues would be gladly accepted.
