Philip Livingston in New York, NY wrote to John Kean, addressed to Philadelphia, PA. He offered specie from the Bank of New York to Bank of the US if needed. He enclosed a copy of the King of Great Britain's Speech concerning the treaty. People: King George III, Mr. and Mrs. Ricketts, Peter Kean, Susan Kean.
