Description

Philip Livingston in New York, NY wrote to John Kean, addressed to Philadelphia, PA. He discussed business. Livingston spoke with G. Bancker about becoming the President of the Bank of New York, who was cautious because he was also the Treasurer of New York. He enclosed a statement. People included: Bancker, Thomas Buchanan, Nicholas Low, George Scriba, Mr. Burrall, Yates, Burr. Places included: Bank of the US.
