Gustavus Risberg in Philadelphia, PA wrote to Susan Kean, Elizabeth Town, NJ. Mr. Risberg discussed the remittances, dividends, and sales of estate goods. He advised that the financial situation would be strong as long as there was no war. Simons wanted to void the contract and Gustav wanted instructions as to what to do.
