Description

The following document is an indenture between the Rector Church Wardens and Vestrymen of Trinity Church in New York regarding property. The parties of the first part paid ten thousand three hundred dollars to the parties of the second part for a certain lot piece or parcel of land situated in the third ward of the City of New York and part of the lands of the parties of the first part and distinguished in a map or chart thereof commonly called the Church Farm.
