Description

John Kean wrote from Highland School to Sarah Sabina Kean, his mother, addressed to Ursino, near Elizabeth Town, NJ. He had received a letter from his sister Julia Ursin Niemcewicz Kean where she mentioned a sickness going around at her school. He told his mother that it might be best to take her out of school for the winter if it gets any worse.
