Description

Julia Ursin Niemcewicz Kean wrote to her brother, John Kean, addressed to Highland School, Putnam County, NY. She was due to return to school soon, but had not heard from their mother, Sarah Sabina Kean or any of their family in Otsego, County since she left there and was concerned. She also wrote about the funeral of Bishop Hobart.
