The Kean Review: Journal in Student Research
Aims and Scope
The Kean Review: Journal in Student Research team invites submissions that emphasize innovative disciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches and contributions to contemporary research. The Kean Review encourages academic research and creative writing papers that engage diverse methodologies, perspectives, and topics.
The primary readership for The Kean Review includes academic researchers, faculty, staff, and students within Kean University. The journal will remain accessible and open to the public online to engage as wide of an academic, research-based audience as possible.
Papers may include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborative research across fields
- Emerging technologies and their societal impact
- Ethical considerations in disciplinary and interdisciplinary work
- Analysis of global and / or national challenges and solutions through research methods
- Creative writing including fiction and nonfiction poetry, prose, short stories, manuscript excerpts, and works that include visual and / or sonic media
- Philosophical analyses and essays
