Finally received the long lost box with trinkets, novels, and seeds that Susan gifted him. They had a severe winter across Europe and was glad to hear the winter was mild in New Jersey. One of Julian’s nephews married a charming woman and they had a little girl. Asked if Susan finished the business with Mr. Gahn and was shocked with his behavior. Julian inquired about Peter and their mutual friends in New Jersey and New York. Asked Susan to send him a lock of George Washington’s hair. Julian enclosed his family’s coat of arms and a lock of his own grey hair.
